KissTheSky saidThe more people learn about Mitt, the less they like him.
He is the poster boy of the elitist, privileged and greedy.
Now that it's been uncovered he's paid no taxes for several years, I think the resentment against him will get even worse.
Why should struggling middle-class people shoulder Mitt Romney's share of the taxes on his millions? Why should working families be supporting his lavish lifestyle of multiple estates and his fleet of Cadillacs and dancing horses or whatever it is his wife amuses herself with.
Nothing of the sort has been uncovered, only alleged as part of a campaign strategy of diversion.
Just a point for others:
People like the guy I'm quoting do not worry about the policies of Obama because they are obsessed about Romney's lifestyle. Whatever taxes Romney has paid or not paid, there are no allegations anything illegal was done. Most people of all classes use the tax code to pay what they owe and no more.
Nevertheless, it is clear that these guys are envious and bitter at the success of others. There can be no doubt that they consider themselves a failure at life, and are trying to blame their own failures on the notion that the system cheated them and they are downtrodden because others are successful. There is no way to even attempt to have any rational political discussion with those who carry such pathetic mental baggage.
The guy I'm quoting is hardly unique among the bitter pool of liberals here, but he is an obvious example.
