Fitness and diet iPhone apps?

I've been searching up and down for some good iPhone applications to help with me dieting and workouts.

As far as dieting, I'd like something maybe with grocery list or recipes that could be converted to grocery list of course focusing on healthy foods in general.

And I'm also looking for a workout app that works well with introducing me to gym routines and alternating muscle groups and work outs to do in the gym. I've started a MWF routine, but looking for some more structure and be able to maybe log my progress etc.

or any other fitness/diet apps worth having would be great too. Thanks ahead!

The only one I know of is MyFitnessPal. It is pretty good in my mind and has a great database. It also syncs between the imternet, the iPhone app, and the iPad app.

I use myfitnesspal. Despite being less than diligent with the gm the past few months, I've managed to drop from 220 to 210 (weight loss is my goal) with diet alone in 2 months.

The best part about keeping track is it really puts things into perspective. I used to not think about what I was eating, but now I see I can have 1/2 cup x or 10 cups y, it makes the choice easier. Also, if I want to say go out for ice cream, it forces me to go out and do an hours cardio first.

MyFitnessPal actually helps me gain some weight when I was actually using it but it is a chore for me to input everything. And having to guess my portions sucks too
