Vegetarian diet plans

    I already know what to eat to gain weight but I'm trying to limit carbs to mid day and around workout times. Guess Im just looking for some kind of template to follow that will allow me to easily reach 3000 a day. Know of anything like that ?

    If you're lacto-ovo, pound on milk. The combination of the liquid calories + growth potential is very powerful.
    If not, I'd probably focus on sweet potatoes and rice for carbs.

    Looking for templates more than anything else. Already know what to eat, hell ive been at it for 12 years, but need something that I can glance at to get the timings for particular calories right.
