soo I'm exclusively a bottom... but I wanna make sure I don't get stretched permanently, nor get long-term injuries. Is there any way to do that without giving up sex or a dildo? lol... the sex toy I just mentioned is like a totally normal size, nothing crazy... (btw I'm gonna use toy as a euphemism... lol) I always have to wait at least a month to fully recover from using that toy if I used it too much in a short period of time.

umm, I guess my question is, should I limit having anything up there to like once a month or less?? once every 6 months?

Also, I've been a little worried about something called hemorrhoids. I just looked up the symptoms and in retrospect, I just realized I had all those symptoms of pain and bleeding. Although, that was years ago... I have not had any pain or symptoms since then. But I still feel like I'm slightly loose in there, as if there's still some remnant of the damage I've already caused :/ what should I do? Take a break for a while and that'll fix everything?

Try kegel exercises near your pelvic floor and eating more food with fiber (or more food in general in your case). You will heal faster.

I bottom a few times a week and haven't had any issues. I don't feel stretched out and I still need a good amount of foreplay (fingering, toys) and lube each time I have sex. I'm not too sure where your worries are coming from, but if it takes a few weeks to recover from your toy probably isn't "normal size"
