    I like this chart. I just started a thread on fat consumption (Performance Eating Forum) and I was commenting how I was not eating enough fat. I didn't comment on how it might have affected my brain but I will get back to eating more green veggies and some healthy fats.

    Oh and I meditate daily so I have that working for me as well. icon_razz.gif
    Eating protein and carbs are no problem for me. I loves me some sushi and sashimi.

    Eating fats, however, is a challenge. The taste simply isn't in my list of tasty foods. I've found that eating lots of nuts, seafood, and cooking with olive oil helps out quite a bit. Nice to see this chart agree with what I've been doing all along. icon_biggrin.gif
