Rule #1: When you buy a condo for someone, you put your own name on the deed until they repay you in full.

There is a case like this here in Menlo Park, CA. A married 60-something executive met a 20-something hot little chick. She coaxed him into setting her up in her own shop (to sell soaps & perfumes). He also bought and paid for a condo for her, and foolishly put it in her name only, to the tune of $1.9 million. Lastly he got her a new Porche.

It was then that she decided she was going back to her old boyfriend. She told the 60-something benefactor they were through, but she was happy to accept his gifts. The poor old guy was then caught and arrested for keying up the side of the girl's Porche - in the underground garage of the condo he had bought her.

What a mess we can get into when we get involved with gold diggers.

i don't see her as a gold digger at all. why shouldn't she be happy to accept his gifts? he got her youth and beauty in the bargain.

and if someone was buying me an apartment i wouldn't care to have his or her name on the deed either.

Dude that is pretty much the definition of a gold digger...

Also, if you give a golddigger some gold, they won't dig you anymore. The benefactor made an awful mistake by putting the apartment in her name.

What is the definition of "prostitute"? Both of these women got "paid" for providing some kind of service to these two "mature" gentlemen. A rose by any other name is still a rose. Just substitute the word "whore" for rose. You get my drift.

Ms. Diamond-Walker really gives golddiggers a bad name. And, Mr. Calenda is just as equally to blame. There is nothing inherently wrong with a wealthy person being generous with somebody with less material wealth if there is a mutually beneficial agreement. Both the wealthy person and the golddigger can win.

Both Ms. Diamond-Walker and Mr. Calenda failed to communicate their agreement sufficiently (in writing) to establish a clear and certain understanding on the time-phased transfer of wealth in return for companionship. Because of their mutual failure to communicate sufficiently, golddiggers and those old fools who seek them both get a bad reputation.

Very disappointing. May this be a lesson learned to all.

No fool like an old fool? Anything ageist about that?

But good to know the going rate for platinum plated pussy, $2500/day, if you're into eating that sort of thing. Hopefully he never missed a meal. Ewww.

"No payments were required until December 2018 - but then the amount is due in full. "

Even if her pussy was never for outright sale, if the apartment's balloon payment was understood to go into default at the due date, then clearly the agreed upon price of renting out her pussy was closer to $300/day.

I have no problem with her whoring out her pussy. I see nothing dishonest in that. But circumstances as reported certainly make her sound like a fraud in a city where you can probably pretty easily find a $3 blowjob.

    Or maybe that's just inflation.

It sounds like she also didn't get a good appraisal performed on her gash before entering into the agreement. She undersold herself and then tried to wiggle out from her bad pricing.
