LOL! Love that video! The coach of my beginner triathlon training program I'm currently in sent that out to the group the day before our first open water swim and just said "Watch this to get an idea what to expect.". Laughed my ass off when I was expecting something serious and then saw this instead.

hah! that's great. reminds me of an open water swim off Huntington Beach and getting busted in the chops by a gal. so much for the gentler sex...

My experience being in that situation is always with Hundreds of other athletes. I'm hoping Ironman Cabo in a few weeks will be civilized.....
