I am going to gym 5 times per week i do chest, Tuesdays, W- Legs, TH - Back, F - arms. And plus i do cardio every day 25-30 minutes. But from now i have to cut gym in half. I can go to gym only 3 days per week. Can you give me advice, what the best way to workout.How i mix my workout program and put in 3-4 days.

Try doing chest & tricep on same workout. You can superset those. Also try supersetting your back & bicep. Do some shoulder work after you do you legs. Cardio whenever you can.

You don't have to go to the gym to work out:

The easiest way is to alternate days of Cardio with days at the gym:

M - Gym day
T - Running, Biking, Walking, Skipping Rope, Swimming, etc.
W - Gym day
T - Running, Biking, Walking, Skipping Rope, Swimming, etc.
F - Gym day
S - Running, Biking, Walking, Skipping Rope, Swimming, etc.
S - Alternative

or buy a small set of dumbells and work out at home using small weights and high reps.

or try doing calisthetics or other exercises that do not require machines or weights,

combine your body parts
but do it physiologically correct
chest tricep
back biceps
also you can do some leg work on cardio days
that'll save you some time
