    idk if it is so much as a "men's health" issue, as opposed to a overall issue. So my sleep has been bad off, like in the past two days i have gotten three hours of sleep. And before this, i would stay up to 4 and sleep until 12:3-2:30, whats goin on, its weird and frustrating, like is there any remedies or something routine I need to do?
