Congratulation to all who were involved in the London 2012 Games. They have been a true spectacle to watch.

And particular congratulations to Team GB.

You did Great Britain proud, with 29 of these babies (and the rest)

And finally, congratulations to my fellow Yorkshire men and women, who won 7 of our 29 gold medals.

Where's Mitt Romney now? No witty comeback? Wonder if he liked the games.

Maybe this isn't the right time or place to bring this up, but....

Yes, it was universally panned, which is why it has appeared very little during the games.

Any idea what the designer was thinking?

No idea, but I do know it has not detracted from the quality of the Games and it has not appeared at all in the nu-rave colours of your graphic.

Home advantage will always show through, but it`s been a tremendous performance by Team GB(a long way from Atlanta 1996 when we won just one gold, apparently.)

Well done to all of them!

Yes, from the US - congratulations to all of the athletes for making it to the Olympics and for being an inspiration to us all. I know that it has made me want to work harder at achieving my goals.

    London was an excellent host.

Yeah we did a lot better then expected on more the one front.

London and GB proves itself to be modern and relevant.

All those who don't like the UK certainly have egg on there face now!

No, but a few badminton teams detracted from the quality of these Games ;)

Yeah, I know, but the four badminton teams involved were disqualified, so I don't think anyone will be trying that little trick again.
