Gym Myths Article

    This was on the MSN homepage today.

    I've always been in the mindset that a person just needs to figure out what works best for them; that there's really no perfect set of rules that will work for everyone.

    However, this article does raise some interesting points, and if nothing else, some possible variations for changing up a routine.

    What do you guys think?

    They all looked like "Duh" things to me. Maybe I just read too much.

    Most of these rules are made to be broken
    ... when you first start out with your workouts you need a general plan to structure your workouts with but...
    as you become more experienced with how your body responds you can change things like the sets you do or the reps you perform with each set
