    Anyone here have it?

I've had mine for a week and I love it. If you have it, what do you think? What do you use it for most?

If you don't have it, do you have any other tablet [besides iPad]?

Nexus 7 is great except Chrome seems a little laggy compared to my iPad. I do like the 7" form factor though.

I haven't had an issue with Chrome yet. I sorta miss flash, and hate having to go through Firefox to get it but I expect I'll get used to it.

I never thought I NEEDED a tablet. This is my first one and after a few days, I can't imagine life without it. You'll love it.

Did you get the 16gb or the 8gb? The 16 is impossible to find around here, OfficeMax is shipping it in from another store for me and it's supposed to be here this afternoon(fingers crossed). I got mine mainly for use when traveling, I got tired of hauling a laptop around airports.

    16. There was no way I was going to settle for just 8gb. The only downfall is I wish it had at least 32. Though I've installed quite a bit to the device and am nowhere near 1/4 of the way full of the user available space.

I noticed but I ignored it.

This N7 is tough to put down, it's too much fun. And FAST!

I know I've hardly touched my main computer. I didn't expect the N7 to be so amazing. What apps have you installed so far?

Mostly free stuff so far- I haven't used my $25 credit yet. Did you get that when you signed up too?

Apps: Weather Channel. United Airlines, MyRadar, The Onion, BBC News, Dictionary.com, Norton Security Lite(seems very good and non- invasive), 9WSYR(local news), Video Poker, Angry Birds, Chess, Sudoku Free, WiFi Analyzer(handy), Words With Friends, and a couple of others.

I haven't put a lot of media on it yet, mostly some pics. I did download some cool photos to use as wallpaper. I'm not planning on putting my music library on it, since I already have that on another device(Sony Walkman) which works and sounds great, so why waste the 6gb?

Have you bought/rented any movies/tv from Google Play yet? How's that worked for you? When I go on my trip in Oct. I'm planning on getting stuff to watch on the plane.

I'm getting great battery life. I found that I actually had to turn the screen brightness down and take it off automatic- it was too bright, at least indoors. I'm doing a test these next couple of days. Yesterday I took the battery down to ~4%, turned it off to bring it up to full charge(about 4 hours), and now I want to see how long it will go to get it back down below 5% again.

I find that I'm using the Gmail as much on the N7 as on my desktop. The Gmail app is really fast and slick, and I like how it's tied into your contacts page. Attaching a photo can be tricky to get to work though. I set up my other email acc'ts on it as well- they work ok but take a long time to load.

I've only had this thing a little over three days now and I love it! What have you done with yours so far?

Want to play Words w/ Friends? Email me.

Glad you're enjoying your Nexus 7 tablet.

I once bought an Asus Transformer and it was fun for maybe a month but after that, I just went back to my desktop/laptop computer...

I do like my playbook better.. flash support and runs in landscape mode. Kinda weird holding a widescreen tablet in portrait mode. Not sure why they did that

I looked in the device and on the Nexus website and could find no reference to which version of Bluetooth it was running, only that it is Bluetooth enabled. If you already have a bluetooth device that you want to connect maybe you could take it with you to somewhere that has a demo available and see if they recognize each other...I'd let you use mine but your a ways away....

    This may help:

Also the support phone # is: 1-800-83-NEXUS(63987)

Email if there's any other questions I can help with.

I'm totally late on this thread but I just got a 32GB Nexus HPSA+ and it's amazing!! What have I been waiting for to get this?!

I'm a stubborn non-Apple fan so in the past I've tried a little harder to accept Android products but this thing is the deal. Best kept tablet secret around!

I wish the HSPA+ was available when I bought mine- I'm thinking about upgrading.

I still love mine though, especially when traveling. I use it everyday!

Would you care to explain why? Or it's just there isn't any Apple sticker over it?

I have got one, 32 GB with HSPA. But I can't seem to justify myself its utility because most of the time when I am outside I navigate using my phone and inside house I use my laptop as typing using touch screen is such a hassle.
I bought it out of excitement icon_razz.gif

Literally THE perfect size. I hate Apple but I still debated an iPad Mini. They screwed up the size in my opinion. It's still too big and wide for what I wanted and don't get me started on the screen resolution. Or the price tag!
