Core? I have a whole yoga routine that targets the core, it's pretty intense. It takes about 10 minutes. I did it 3 times a day for a month and my entire core was rock solid .

Machines mainly because my back/hip snaps when I do traditional exercises like sit ups and hanging leg raises. I also like the fact that machines provide resistance.

These* and rolling like a ball, with a 5 lb medicine ball between my knees, sitting against the wall, and bell piques.

    Varies on the workout.

Love hate relationship with Planks and all it's forms.

Leg lifts starting from a lying down postion and bringing legs to my face. Also Leg lifts on a exercise ball while holding onto something.

    Crunches/sit ups/Frog Crunches/Russians

Bicycles/ and alternating legs to elbows (These are amazing on a half ball, and also really hard)

Also general gymnastics, ballet and running. Oh and cheer V-ups where you basically lay down and then bring your body into a v and split.

Trollileo saidCardio Abs from Insanity with a medicine ball. I love it. Then I add an assortment of crunches, plank exercises, and a shit ton of cable crunches. Takes about 20 minutes.

I have been doing Cardio Abs from Insanity too. I have lost so much from my waist doing it.
