Shooting at Family Research Council office

They are already blaming either pro-choices supporters or gay rights supporters...they have not decided yet.

How do people live in the USA?
I mean to say, how is there anyone left that's alive?

    Really?...just really?

I think you should be asking middle eastern countries that first.

Touché, but it's just scary to be hearing all the news out of the states...

    I'll agree with you there.

But tension in the U.S. is high, that always seems to bring out the loonies.

Well, if liberals get to blame the NRA for Colorado, Wisconsin, and Texas, it's only fair this instance. icon_biggrin.gif

They already have been, ad nauseam. Now they have a (somewhat) legitimate claim.

Sounds like the guard who was shot is going to be OK, though, which is good.

Not a peep of condemnation from FRC when some 'Christian' shoots and kills an abortion provider, but they're quick to blame the gays or pro-life supporters without any evidence to back up their claims. Typical.

So, for that I say it's about time someone turn the tables on those twats. Sadly, no FRC leader was nailed, but I'll keep praying.

Actually, this is not true. They have stayed totally quiet and have refused to say anything about the shooter other than that the man "expressed disagreement with the group’s conservative views", however they refused to say which "views" those were.

As for your praying one of the FRC leaders gets nailed, that speaks volumes about your lack of real character.

For 'conservative views' read 'poisonous hatemongering'.

If the shooter is gay, a good lawyer might be able to make out a half decent duress defense.

Conservatives have done everything in their power to ensure that handguns and assault weapons are easy to get with little to no background checks.
They have no business complaining when gun violence compromises their safety. Maybe they should have thought of the consequences sooner?

I wonder how much FRC paid the poor schmuck to take a shot in the arm.

Sympathy? It's between shit and syphillis in the dictionary.

WhyWhySee saidYour homicide rate is more than 2.5 times the Canadian murder rate.

But doesnt the US have 10 times the population? So wouldnt that make the canadian murder rate 4 times higher than the US on a per capita basis?

    Per capita my friend.

Edit: just noticed that I switched from homicide to murder, wasn't meaning them as different things.

I took them to mean the same thing.

So what's your point with "per capita my friend"? The US has only a quarter of the murder rate as Canada by your figures.

What the hell is wrong in Canada? You guys are just slaughtering each other left and right. What? Isnt the baby seal clubbing season long enough for you? Do you turn on each other???

    yeah, what;s your point?

There are 1.9 homicides per 100,000 people in Canada in a year.
There are 4.8 homicides per 100,000 people in the U.S. in a year.

I was just going by his figures. Besides you have to take into account that Canadians cant get out of their igloos to go murder someone for most of the year.
