Drought Side Effects May Include Toxic Crops In The Midwest
For the meat eaters out there, they may need to be even more careful with where they get their meat from. It looks like the government is concerned with too high a nitrate level in corn due to the drought can kill the livestock. I also wonder if people should be concerned about the mid-range nitrates as well.
Just because it does not kill the livestock, does that mean that the higher levels of nitrates will not harm the people eating it? I don't know what the answer is to this. I'm hoping that there are some people here that do.
