So, just out of curiosity and to spark a conversation, what's the one actor/singer/author/whatever you just can't stand hearing about anymore? Why?

(These are all just opinions, so please don't start a flame war because someone posted a person you're a fan of.)

Mine would be Nicki Minaj (or Nicki Garbaj as I call her). I just can't stand her. I feel like she thinks she's much more talented than she is. She seems like a gimmick to me. A thing of the moment, if you will. Furthermore, I hate those little schizophrenic voices she makes during her rapping. Argh! icon_twisted.gif

Her rivalry with Lil Kim is _ridiculous_. If she thinks she can top Lil Kim... well, nope.

Tom Cruise - I don't see his character anymore in a movie, but only him. It's been like that since the crap-fest of Mission Imp 2

    Where do I start?

Tom Cruise: Never liked him as an actor because he always seems to play some hyper-idealized version of himself! Talk about narcissism. And then there's the whole scientology thing...

Lindsay Lohan: Has anyone else noticed that she's beginning to resemble Endora from "Bewitched"?

Any Kardashian, Snooki or similar reality TV lowlife who values fame over all else, while laughing all the way to the bank. Again: narcissism.

Most of those hipster bands starting to sound both more Mainstream Pop and like each other instead of like actual musicians.

    Just to point out:
Reality stars are not actors or artists. They have no talent and should not even be MENTIONED in this thread. Its frustrating that they are grouped with people that actually have talent. Lets not even give them that credit.

Anybody from Jersey Shore. I confess, I watched season one - it was like a car crash: I couldn't look away. But now I just need for their 15 minutes of fame to be over. They have overstayed their collective welcome.

Ha, good point. However, they still have some sort of level of celebrity. Plus, they're just as overexposed as the rest of the people mentioned in this thread.

I don't mind killing a few spare brain cells, which is another way of me saying that I love watching The Real Housewives franchise. (You guys judging me in 3....2....) However, that Andy Cohen really irks me and I have no idea why. He just has that smirk attitude...

Oh, and Perez Hilton. I congratulate him on his extreme weight loss, but he's still not funny/cute/tolerable.

Beyonce. Tired of hearing about her and seeing her spray so many young girls with divaness it's insane. Pride is good. Excessive pride is what causes bitches to start fighting in front of the club.

I have little use for Tracy Morgan. I'm not happy that he has apparently been given a pass when he repeatedly "goes too far" while other actors and comedians get the boot for such "misspeaks".

On June 3, 2011, during a performance in Nashville, Tennessee, Morgan made offensive remarks against gay people, reportedly including that, if his son was gay, he'd better speak to him like a man or he would "pull out a knife and stab" him. Morgan apologized, saying that he had "gone too far."

On June 25, 2011, during a show at Caroline's in New York City, Morgan made derogatory comments about disabled children, saying things such as, "Don't ever mess with women who have retarded kids,"[26] and referring to a woman as "a cripple". Peter Bernes, CEO of The Arc, an organization supporting people with disabilities, stated, "Tracy Morgan should apologize immediately. This quote is far too offensive to be excused as comedy, and it is very hurtful to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. Mr. Morgan has an incredibly powerful platform from which to fix this, and if he's learned anything in the last few weeks, he can't bomb this apology."
