switching it up

    How often do you change your workout routine? What factors lead you to make that choice?

    For me the main factor for change is routine boredom...If I see myself not feeling it several days in a roll..I'll change it up...In the summer I overload on cardio...ie: running..When cooler weather kicks in...I hit the weights harder and more often...I also feel everyone benefits from taking time off from their routine...Sometimes it's sparks the passion to lift...My thoughts

    I change it when I stop feeling gains. Usually around 3 to 6 months. Totally new exercises and everything. Helps keep the gym interesting.

    I change it every week...well, when I'm lifting...which I'll be doing again next month once I'm back to my home gym.

    Every 3 to 4 weeks... but make a change to how I workout areas of my body week to week.
