I'm on Day 3 of Insanity: Asylum!
Has anyone completed this program yet?
Any good tips, tricks, additions, supplements, or motivational mantras to keep me going?
    Progress pics on their way.

No, my other home is the gutter. It's where my mind feels most comfy. icon_biggrin.gif

No wonder you seemed so relaxed whenever we've met.

Back to topic. I did the program last year. As far as tips, I'd say keep the schedule out where you can see it and check off each day you do it. That way, you have a visual reminder of what you're supposed to do. I didn't find it hard to stick with it because the entire program was only 30 days long and I figured I could push through anything for just a month.

BTW, if anyone is wondering what Insanity: Asylum is, it's a workout program based around sports training and conditioning with a lot of the work done using an agility ladder. That and a lot of pullups, pushups, plyo jumps, and generally pushing yourself til you puke! icon_lol.gif

Keeping to topic is a tall order when there are many who always must chime in on any topic. Especially the questions "what is it" when you can google Insanity Asylum and get a whole page full of links.

You'll find more information and discussion on topic in the link below. I'm more familiar with P90X than Insanity, but if it like P90X, you can associate yourself with a coach who is motivated to respond to your questions. What's in it for him is if you order products from Beachbody through his part of the site, he gets some of the profit. But you don't have to rely on a coach because the board is quite active.

Doing the original Insanity now with p90x. I will be doing Insanity Asylum after I finish Insanity.

The only advice I can give you is just keep pressing play and to do your best and you will see improvement. Beachbody has awesome products that give results.
