Back to topic. I did the program last year. As far as tips, I'd say keep the schedule out where you can see it and check off each day you do it. That way, you have a visual reminder of what you're supposed to do. I didn't find it hard to stick with it because the entire program was only 30 days long and I figured I could push through anything for just a month.
BTW, if anyone is wondering what Insanity: Asylum is, it's a workout program based around sports training and conditioning with a lot of the work done using an agility ladder. That and a lot of pullups, pushups, plyo jumps, and generally pushing yourself til you puke!
