Daily Vitamins

    hey guys...
    as part of the changes im trying to make to be healthier and get in shape, ive started taking a daily vitamin, Mens One A Day. but im not sure if i should take it in the morning or at night. does it make a difference when i take it for maximum effectiveness?

    I take the Men's Active One-a-Day and take it in the afternoon with lunch, right after my workout - it helps me get through the rest of the day (the B vit push!)

    Eat fresh fruit and vegetables and drink fresh orange juice and don't eat red meat or hamburgers etc!

    I've read several articles that state that one should break the once daily vitamin in half. Take one half in the morning with breakfast and the second with lunch. This better aids your body in processing the large amount of vitamins packed into those "horse pills."

    I take mine with my Oj early in the morning before work. But I have a very Physical job and the extra boost helps.
