    hey guys...
ive noticed that after a work out i have a stong craving for dairy drinks, like milk or a milk shake. ive tried drinking non-fat milk, but it does not satisfy the crave. i feel that drinking whole milk will be defeating my goals to lose weight. does anyone else get this? if so, what can i drink to satisfy the crave?

If anything, mix your post-workout protein shake with fat free milk. If that still doesn't satisfy your dairy craving, I'd suggest eating cottage cheese. It's full of protein and low in fat/carbs.

EXACTLY!!! Also, if that STILL doesn't feel like enough for you, I get the same cravings at times so I'll drink a pre-mixed Muscle Milk Protein Drink and it helps A LOT! It's pretty thick and has similar consistency as whole milk.
