I started low dose chemo about a month ago and not gunna lie its kickin' my butt but things are looking good... one step at a time.

I was just wondering if anyone on here as been through it, and knows of ways to keeping energized while going through it?

Do some reading on chlorella. It helps repair damaged DNA and supports a comprised immune system, the study was specifically done on cancer patients having radiation therapy.

Hope you're okay mr <3

Hold up! What are you doing and what is this treatment for? Higher end hospitals will ALWAYS tell you NOT to take supplements of any kind because the antioxidant power of certain foods and/or supplements may interfere with the efficacy and success of your chemotherapy/radiation.

Please do NOT take the advice of a person who has absolutely NO idea of treatment protocols for cancer.

I, myself, have had cancer twice (stage four lymphoma and stage one anal cancer) and that was what I was told. You are sick and obviously need treatment. Sadly the type of treatment available really takes its toll on the human body. If you're expecting to work while being treated with chemotherapy (for cancer, I'm assuming) you might want to reassess your approach.

I was told I couldn't even take vitamins or Vitamin C at all.

Speak with your oncologist and see if there is a nutritionist working on staff in conjunction with your physician/s for a complementary form of overall care. If your doctor approves then do what s/he says. I strongly urge you to take the advice of your doctors and to see what they recommend.

I'm lucky to be here and to be cancer free and I eat well now.

Whatever ails you I wish you a full recovery.

Take good care!
