Do you have a celeb/model/porn star who has a similar body to yours that you use kind of as inspiration or road map of what you are trying to achieve down the road?

I do... and i'm sure i'm not alone.. so post your models in this thread that you would like your body to like or are close to achieving... and even comment on others "models" ... and give advice as to how one can achieve that ideal bod.

For me.. i see myself 2 years down the line with continued work looking like some of these guys..

Bulk... my abs are awesome but under some fat from gaining... and my chest is half way to being barrel style. This guys are all under 5'9 so my body is sort following suit...

from 18 to 29... in 11 years i've become THIS..and every picture in profile is very current.. and pretty much i'm aiming to have the body type closest to the guys above who are all around my height and area of thickness.

I think Dan Decker has the right amount of muscularity that is achievable and practical. I definitely admire the super freak pro bodybuilders, but there's no way I can maintain that much size.

Oh man.. if you want that... get started now.. he has to have spent a great deal of his life achieving that and with lots of sacrifice and supplements and SOME STEROIDS.. has to.. it's so spectacular because it's super human. It looks fucking awesome though man.

However looking at your pictures.. your arms and legs are somewhat there actually on more "human" scale. Great bod by the way.

We are equally tall. But I still need aprox. 30lbs to reach that bulk (220lbs). I started with 140lbs. From 140 to 220 you have a very long journey, which is why I asked a while back what to do with your sex life during this long meanwhile since we depend on how we look to dance in the ball of seduction.

I see guys right here on this site whose bodies I want to emulate....not so much right now but 10 or 20 years down the road. There are guys here in their 40's and 50's who are ripped, carved, chiseled to perfection. Those are the secrets I want. I know my diet is terrible and my philosophy of calories in < calories burnt probably won't serve me as well in my 40's as it does in my 30's. I won't post their pictures here out of respect but you won't have to look hard to find one of the ones I'm talking about.

Realistically, if I could achieve something like this, I would be very happy.

You're trying to promote your own *new* profile pictures in a subtle way, and trying to see how they stack up to these other pictures that you posted. But since your pics were hot I approve ;)

Why did you post pictures of white guys? Body structures are different between white and black guys.

I started as the starvin' marvin too. My progress is a little behind you, but I have roughly the same goals.
Amazing transformation already though; 11 years well spent man!

I'm good where I'm at 170 lbs and it is sustainable even without a gym membership.
