Ive been working long hours from dark till dark, for the past few weeks and barely had any time to do anything or even sleep. Ive been feeling down and drained. Today I caught up on my sleep and hit the gym...for hours, I didnt want to leave. It gave me a remarkable energy boost and I feel amazing right now. Im good for another week of hell.And thats my story
