Today I realized how beneficial is to workout regularly

    Ive been working long hours from dark till dark, for the past few weeks and barely had any time to do anything or even sleep. Ive been feeling down and drained. Today I caught up on my sleep and hit the gym...for hours, I didnt want to leave. It gave me a remarkable energy boost and I feel amazing right now. Im good for another week of hell.

    And thats my storyicon_biggrin.gif

    So dont abandon your workout, its not just for being healthy and big muscles.

    I find that if I go more than a few days without exercise, I tend to feel stressed more easily and just in a less positive frame of mind. Even if I'm super busy, it's worth it to make the time becaue it simply helps my overall sense of well being.

    I've been working out since my undergrad days (a long time ago!) Each and every time I come out of the gym after a workout I feel so great - almost euphoric.

    Totally agree, it gets my mind off of work and life for awhile, and offers some nice views too ;)

    im way more energized by not working out. .im usually blah and tired all day if i do .. .to each his own really lol

    Working out definitely helps relieve stress. I have also been using it as a means to procrastinate from doing work.

    I'm usually that happy to lucky guy so stress doesnt really get to me but yesterday yeah was close to euphoric.
    I was up at 5am this morning and ready to go icon_smile.gif
