Food vz Weight Gainer

    Recently, my body has been devouring everything in its path.

    This is not good since I am trying to lose [fat] weight. But, I am hungry ALL THE TIME! I am not getting fat, I am still at 200 lbs and this new heightened appetite has been going on since my stomach flu last week.

    Well, this got me thinking...

    I have bulked up in my chest because of the heavier bench presses, and I feel more muscular all around...all that Food (good and guilty) was nothing more than just muscle fuel.

    This got me thinking...to increase caloric intake, is eating more food better than gulping down a weight gainer? Food weighs more than a little shake, so what is your opinion?

    Ultimately, calories are calories... But I personally err on the side of food. If you are eating quality food, and your diet is sufficiently varied, you'll get all the good stuff that comes with it - fiber, vitamins, minerals, etc.
