Favorite Post Cardio Training snack/meal

    What is your favorite post cardio training snack/meal? Right now after I go on a 6-8 mile run, I make a protein shake with my VITA-MIX blender. I would like to have more recovery snacks/meal options. Would you all like to share your snacks/meals?

    In a blender mix one can lemon/lime diet soda with 2 scoops of Endurox R4, one banana and 10-15 (depending on size) frozen strawberrys. Puree until smooth.

    Tastes really good after an intense 60 mile ride.
