    so i started exercising last night.basic stuff,push ups and so.now today,i feel like shit,my rib hurts........ekkkkkkkk.......muscle aches......

    thanks guys but im not gona do it for now..im gona wait until i get time and d equipment necessary.it stressful to go to gyms caus well,i dotn liv close......soooooooo........ama wait...wont giv up doe....im eating healthy....a lot of veges and so.i drink a lot of water too and im somewhat active icon_biggrin.gif

    Fuck equipment. I haven't used equipment since January. Calisthenics, isometrics, and plyometrics are all you need for a basic level of fitness. You can save for equipment (or a gym membership) while you get yourself in shape for lifting heavier.

    Oh, and if you have to be without the equpiment after having it for a while (which is the situation I'm currently in) you can maintain with the aforementioned processes.

    You don't need a gym membership to workout so don't use that excuse icon_smile.gif. Pushups, a pullup bar, and minimal dumbbell weights can get you far, especially if you are on the lighter side.
