Hey guys, I looked over the workout plans this site has to offer and basically not sure what I should do... I'm completely new to working out. I use to swim 3 times a week @30laps a day but I stopped over the summer. I will continue in the fall again when I get access to the pool.But yeah, I have a average body... weak upper body strength (I can do 15p dumbells and like lift 15 on each side). I want to build on my upper body strength and maybe work on my abs. Which workout plan should I use?
