So if you could left heavier weights more than another person who is taller/ fatter/larger than you , assuming both of you have the same fighting techniques , who do you think would win if both of you fought physically ??

A guy like me who weighs 200 pounds but is a little shorter with shorter arms is at a big disadvantage against a guy who weighs the same but is 6'2" and has several inches in reach over me irregardless of who is stronger. If that's what you're asking.

Even though both have the same fighting techniques and assuming both are at a similar skill level, much would depend on the specific techniques and what skill level both are. For several of the martial arts, for example, the higher the skill level is, the less important size, strength, and reach become.

There are 3 simple principles you must understand when fighting taller opponent:
*Stay out of the danger zone.(Range where your taller opponent can hit you but you can’t hit him back)
    *Use his height against him.
    *Don’t forget to box him.

A smaller but stronger guy can usually take a larger less-in-shape guy.
