    I didn't watch the video (seems really odd) but I LOVE poutine! I've only tried it once from a food cart in Portland and it was amazing...the gravy and cheese curds...YUM! I want some now...

    You can't say you know anything about REAL poutine unless you have one in Montreal.

    I tried one in Vancouver last summer and almost cried over it. It had no cheese curds (just melted cheese) and no gravy (just a side of ranch sauce. RLY?!!)

    The one I had in Portland was legit, though! (I think?)

    It had brown gravy with white cheese curds. It was f'n AMAZING!!!! And that's coming from someone who rarely eats fries. These fries were really THICK and crispy too.
