So I have NO idea why I'm putting this here but I wanted to! Ok so heres the final product! It sure pops but thats what I wanted and I love it! Matches the headliner perfectly! There are 2 imperfections I will fix down the road. The only was that you can see is the cup holders, They started to bubble so I stopped and never got the second coat of blue on them. So it is lighter then everything else, but it will get fixed...
    ALSO
I got the 01 sport tract gauge cluster in too.

Is was the last big "cosmetic" change I will be doing. Working on headers next :salute:

While it's not my style, I know what it's like wanting to personalize your car. I did TONS of work (mostly performance) to my Civic Si and Integra Type R when I had them. It's like a disease. You add one thing, love the power, then want to add more. ha ha!

One question though - why didn't you paint the radio and bezel and door trim that's wood? Make it all blue if that's the scheme you're going for. The wood and blue look sorta weird with each other.

Nice. icon_smile.gif Gray and Blue, one of my favorite color combos, though if it were me, I'd have made blue nonreflective and darker. Looks purty though. icon_smile.gif

That blue was was close of a match I could get to match the head liner(roof)...The gray in the truck was only a two year run. Very rare and very sexy...

You got some balls posting that on a forum. LOL!

    Caslon6000 said....ummmmmm....what's a header? ...

Caslon - A header is the first part of the exhaust system on a car. Basically, if you can force the exhaust out of the engine quicker, you make the combustion process more efficient, thus gaining power. If the engine has to work really hard to get the gasses out of the engine, you lose power that can better be used to propel the vehicle forward.

So, replacing the header on your vehicle is one of the quickest ways to get more usable power from the engine.

Uhhhh, yeah, that one can be taken the wrong way. You could just say you pimped your ride, that will have a similar effect.

Thank you. I appreciate the time and trouble you took to answer my question.

Outstanding job... I'd do the 66 Mustang. I remember my Dad had one of those cars when I was a toddler. Sorry he ever sold it now.

Ehh. Gray, blue and wood grain interior? I'm going to have to think about this one again. But at least you did a good job with what you did do.
