Ok, so the passed couple of days.. everytime I try or do masturbate.. I get this pounding headache that will not go away for hours. It's weird and damn aggrivating to not be able to do it.. haha. Anyone know why this has been happening or if it happens to you?

I have never heard of this before. Wish I could give you some feedback. Do you get headaches from your workouts? Just wondering if increase in heart rate and breathing trigger the headache and if so then maybe that's somehow related. And of course we'll assume that you are NOT using poppers as this can be the cause of headaches.

I looked it up, Coital headaches... supposedly there's a ratio for men who have it, 4:1.. don't know if that's true.. I've never heard of it before.
To answer your question. Yes, I do get them near the end, sometimes after, my workouts.. they aren't nearly as bad, though.

And no, no poppers. I've never used them and don't plan on it.

It was very uncomfortable and at times scary (although it did not last for hours). And guess what? I had high blood pressure, and I think that might have been a warning sign. Although you are young, your blood pressure may be elevated. Have a doctor check it out sometime just to be safe. After I lost weight and my doctor put me on "altace" a blood pressure pill, my blood pressure went to normal (120/72) and the headaches went away.

First off, see an MD. They can screen if anything physically is wrong with your bod. However, I am curious to know when it all started happening. Is this the first time it happened to you? Was anything out of the ordinary when you masturbated this last time and got the headache? What was happening elsewhere in your life? heart? relationships? Just trying to help you figure out if it is simply a blood pressure issue or something else going on. Be gentle with yourself.

I've had that happen a few times, actually. It turned out for me it was dehydration. Blood flow was reaching to lower places and because it was thicker, it was harder to pump oxygen to my brain. It would last for a while afterwards (whether I stopped or not) and eventually go away when I had some water and advil.
If you're anything like me and dont drink near enough water, that's what I'd guess is happening.
One time I had a headache so bad I had to stop and lay down and sleep it off. I teared up from the pain.

Funny ... I've always found the opposite But really it has to do usually with increases in Blood Pressure and sometimes to rushes of certain hormones that regulate it But if this happens all the time and it's enough to make you really take notice it's best to tell your Doc Your BP might be spiking and that's a cause for alarm

See a doctor, have your blood pressure checked, have your meds reviewed. Headaches from any kind of normal sex, including masturbation, are not normal. The so-called coital headache is exceptional, and can be an indicator of a health problem.

Do you also have it when doing any other strenuous activity? Like cardio or something?

I had this happen to me once a while back. The headache would not go away after a few days, so I went to the doctor. It ended up being a sinus infection!

I get them now and then... Migraines when appoarching or during or after orgasm.
HORRIBLE pain.
I've had two periods when this has happened. I couldn't jack off for a week... everytime i tried, i'd get a migriane.
Those "periods" go away on their own. From the credable sites I went to... it seems they are more common with 20-30 year olds. Males and females get them and doctors do not know why yet.

Sex headache or post coital headache is felt to be a migraine variant. The headache can be prevented or treated with migraine medications. Rarely the headache may not be benign, but due to something serious like a cerebral aneurysm. A physician should always evaluate the headache to rule out a serious problem. The physician may order an MRI or other studies. http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/sex-headaches/DS00645
