MarkRoger saidWhat did Eastwood say that was so bad?
The truth --- As for Romney's speech bombing...again...lefty spin. He did a fine job and, more importantly, the convention served a vital purpose in showing the human side of Mitt Romney, the man.
I don't think he changed anybody's opinion on what type of person he is. Of course to Romney's own base, he looks like a gentle, kind, and generous soul, however you guys have thought that from the beginning.
So the RNC really served no purpose at all, other than rallying his own base who was already going to vote for him.
Edit: And Clint Eastwood's abysmal "chair" speech was an utter disaster. I'm surprised they didn't sweep him off the stage like the pile of dust he is. What's even funnier is that CuriousAnti-gayJock is so blinded by everything Mitt, that he won't even admit Eastwood's speech was nothing short of a pile of rubbish.
