As I suggested before, try doing HIIT. icon_smile.gif Also, I think you should carry this post in the "Weight Loss" forum. They may be able to offer better insight. ;)

Before you go losing too much weight...how do you feel about yourself? Do you feel that losing more weight would be a sustainable, comfortable life? Or, would losing the extra 20 pounds mean that you would have to be enslaved to miserable, bird-like eating habits?

Only you know if you "need" to lose 20 more pounds...or not.

Gamr-(is it bad that I am seeing this word as "gamer")
To address your question, I will talk about what Paradise and I talked about last night. We talked about why I am doing this- and I told him I'm doing it both for myself and because in a way I want to be externally validated by (say) y'all, I wanna be one of the "pretty" ones here on RJ (or in general life) Right now I feel good in losing what I have lost- but I want to be noticed- and that requires just that bit more lost it seems.

    Congrats...

Only you know what you see when you look in the mirror.

If you are happy with where you are at 180, then work to maintain, if you feel like you need to lose a bit more and get more ripped, then go for it.

From experience - at this point, you might want to start measuring body fat % more than weight. Let that guide your decisions.

You look enough like Matt Damon in your profile pic to automatically make you one of the "pretty ones".

I don't think you'd need to be worried about getting positive external validation from RJers. You've accomplished quite a lot, and that alone will certainly earn you a lot of respect and admiration. Pretty much everyone on here is aspiring toward some sort of weight/mass/tone-related goal, and seeing someone accomplish one of theirs is fantastic. Way to go!
