    I hope he wins.

And if he doesn't win (which he probably won't, given the location), I hope he''ll be the next "shooter" we hear about in the news...only with better aim.

That is just vile, promoting mass murder, sad bullies such as yourself are such cowards, who needs a gun to be a man.

Finally ... but who they SHOULD sue are the parents of the little Psycho... that's who deserves to be put out on the street for bringing forth that offspring

Someone did that here and won - but as another poster said it comes back to the parents or the bullies - why should govt (us taxpayers who may have also been bullied pay when we were not the perpetrators).

If the school didn't tell him that he brought it upon himself by the way he is, then I'd agree since there is only so much a school can do to punish bullies.

As a public school, they are subject to the same regulations as any other federal institution. Therefore, they are subject to the 14th Amendment and the Matthew Shepard Act. They failed to protect the rights of a gay student. Would they say the same if a Jewish kid came to school in a yamaka and told him to stop wearing it because he brought the bullies upon himself by the way he dressed? As long as the teen was in compliance with the school dress code, the school really can't make a case as to why they would tell him to change the way he dressed/acted.
