    I like that analogy of the crumpled piece of paper still having wrinkles after you try to smooth it out, just like people still as emotional scars even after you apologize to them.

    Now if we could only get the bullies on RJ to knock it off.

    Put me in mind immediately how Bea Arthur in the Golden Girls never said anything that was not really cruel at Rose's expense.
