Headache and clicking hip

Whenever I do incline bench crunches I end up getting a headache and I can't tell if it's because blood is rushing to my head when I'm in the down position or if I'm not breathing properly. Does anyone have any insight? It seems like there's a moment on the way up and on the way down in which it's impossible to breathe because I'm tensing my abdominals.

Also, when I try to do lying front kicks http://www.freetrainers.com/exercise/exercise/lying_front_kicks/ I can feel a clicking in my right hip. It doesn't hurt but it feels funny. Should I be concerned about that?

    Thanks!

U're not breathing right (possibly holding your breath) while lifting and it's causing a bp spike.

Clicking hip: u need an oil change :p

The "clicking" in your hip may be due to a muscle imbalance. It is possible that you might have some muscles that cross your hip that may be somewhat weaker and/or tighter than others.

My right hip clicks when I do that too. My left doesn't. I had overuse of my quad muscle from a year of jumping and landing at indoor volleyball. To the point I couldn't jump anymore. So I believe the ligaments that attach the muscles to the hip are making that noise. You may have an overuse injury. Takes a year to go away.
