I'm a coffee junkie, and I'm totally addicted to a lemon-ginger kombucha that is produced here in town.

    yourname2000 saidCoffee of course.

Coconut water for workouts and general rehydration.

And a new one for me is turmeric chai....chai with a shit ton of turmeric added to it --an amazing antioxidant drink that tastes like magic. icon_biggrin.gif

Do you mix your own spices to make chai or just add turmeric to a ready-made chai blend? - I am assuming a loose leaf tea...

I wonder... Assuming most people here drinking diet beverages are not diabetic, do they know how horrifically bad diet drinks are for those who are not diabetic? Like, worse than regular pop kind of bad?

yourname2000 said@JR: I love being pissed off....pissed on, not so much. And pissed in is a no go, lol. But I bet a vegetarian's milk tastes like a sweet fruit salad, hahaha. icon_biggrin.gif

Oh, I get a spot in your response... I see how it is... would you prefer a meat salad full of chum? I agree, pee is the body's way of letting go of the crap we're forced to digest in life... I feel like I'm going to puke just thinking about golden showers... no offense pee-bodies! ... not my cup of tea = Earl Grey, Hot! icon_wink.gif
