I think this is going to be good. Here's a sample of the songs on the album. Reminds me a bit of the Behaviour album.

I love a lot of their hits ( What Have I Done, West End Girls, Love Comes Quickly) but I haven't bought any of their CDs.
This one sounds too mellow for me. But it got me thinking about Erasure and Jimmy Sommerville, who I also like. icon_smile.gif

I've heard the album in full and it does have a bit of a more mellow feel. It's good though. Probably their best since Nightlife.

Best since NIGHTLIFE-- I agree. BILINGUAL gets some so-so reviews but that and BEHAVIOUR are my two faves.

"Leaving" is my favorite track on ELYSIUM

i'm a big fan of theirs -- have seen them in concert a few times and have every album, as well as a few remastered CDs and a bunch of re-mix singles.

that being said, having heard the whole album, i'm not sure i will buy it. there are a few good songs, but it feels too mellow. i'm not expecting every song to be 140 or 160 bpm, and i love old songs like 'being boring,' and 'nervously,' but there's something about this collection that doesn't quite do it for me - at least not yet. maybe i just need to keep listening and it'll grow on me.

I can't wait! I've seen them live twice and their shows are brilliant. I think Fundamental is my favorite album.
