    I swear by it. It's one of the few "miracle" foods/supplements that aren't total bunk.

    I drink a lot of iced tea and make it with green tea because another benefit, although minor to the one in the article above and benefits listed elsewhere, is that it doesn't stain your teeth the way black teas do.
