Favorite: Shoulders. Mine respond well, so I get a lot of instant gratification on shoulders day.
Hate: Skull crushers. I don't mind tricep extensions, but skull crushers give me anxiety as that curl bar comes down towards my melon.
Clean & jerks wear my ass out, lunges are tedious, and my back isn't strong enough for my calf raises to be totally effective. But, it's all part of the process towards a better me.
