    In general I prefer cardio to lifting. I'll gladly run 3+ miles before attempting 10 pull-ups, haha.

    Least favorite: biceps.

    I need to really punish the biceps to get progress. It's painfull and hard work.

    My chest and legs just respond quickly.

    Least: Legs ( i tired so quickly with legs) ...holy crap i hate leg days to .Can i add i hate bench press aswell not chest but that particular workout?

    Least - legs. I know it's weird, but I have actual nightmares about the leg press machine of death crushing me like one of those junkyard machines that crush cars.


    Favorite - biceps - because it's easiest to see results.

    Favorite: Shoulders. Mine respond well, so I get a lot of instant gratification on shoulders day.

    Hate: Skull crushers. I don't mind tricep extensions, but skull crushers give me anxiety as that curl bar comes down towards my melon.

    Clean & jerks wear my ass out, lunges are tedious, and my back isn't strong enough for my calf raises to be totally effective. But, it's all part of the process towards a better me.

    Least favorite: Legs. I like working them, but I have a chronic hamstring/piriformis problem that prevents me from working them heavy.
