Revisiting the hypothetical 3AM call, who do u trust to answer it?

Do u trust a proven foreign policy leader who is grounded, well versed in foreign relations and a trusted foreign policy figurehead?

Or a president with no foreign policy experience who shoots first, asks questions later, and flip flops positions at will.

    The choice is clear!

the performance over the last couple of days I think made the answer to that abundantly clear to voters of all stripes.

Everyone who ever was anyone in the media or politics keeps edging further away from Romney as through he keeps passing terrible gas - trying to insert a bit of distance between him and their future prospects.

Frankly, Romney terrifies me now. He acts without thoroughly evaluating the consequences of all aspects of his actions. The London Olympics were a red flag. The Libya gaffe was just plain scary!

Given some of the reports in the aftermath, nor did Barack Obama who relied on someone else. Further, given how poorly the Ambassador was defended, and also the communications from the embassy in Cairo in the aftermath, it raises serious questions as to the validity of Obama's foreign policy experience.

I feel certain that both Romney or Obama are capable men who love America and could more than be able to surround themselves with the appropriate people and handle a 3am call in the best way possible.

Meanwhile in the real world, she isn't an available choice. This is a choice between Romney & Obama.

It is pointless trying to engage with people who reject reality on reflex, remaining immutably entrenched without any logical reasoning and remaining wilfully blind to that.

(I thought I might participate a bit in here as preparation for my upcoming televised debate, but I have to immediately dismiss it as pointless waste of time.; The people I will face will have a moderator who is there to keep the debate moving frward and grounded in reality.

We will not have to respond to anyting that does not get by the moderator's fact-checking. As soon as riddler threw in one of his usual misrepresentions (or "misunderstanding ") He'd be cut off and the moderator would move on to a more sensible question, to allow as many intelligent questions to be posed by the public in the limited time that will be available.

The moderator will be in absolute control, and we are only given a few of the questions in advance.

RJ time I will still have to limit to when I am off-the-clock.

sadly - still useful nothing to see wherever riddler is. involved ;)

Oh your delusions of grandeur. icon_rolleyes.gif Just make sure you don't drink before any debate. Do please point out misrepresentations or misunderstandings because I've crushed you several times when it comes to facts on any number of issues. It does amuse me to think that you think others actually listen to you here.

I didn't know that President Obama was in Afganistan, and shot the gun himself. I thought he'd be afraid of anything beyond a salad shooter! Gee, I'm really impressed with him now.

For your information, I would trust any man who was President, democrat or republican. They have way more information then anyone does and is advised of every situation. I do not like how Obama is handeling the Isreal situation with Iean but that will play out in the next few months. True he did order the killing of OBL but with the help of years of intellegence gathered under the Bush administration. So your question is unfair and biased....as usual

I totally agree with you on the grandeur thing, little boy, and I tried to argue no one cared but the media just wouldn't have it. So what can you and me do faced with 18% of the population who say they prefer me or my rival to to be Premier over the incumbent? Yours and mine is only two opinions against over 25,000 people and two separate media entities. I know when I'm outgunned.

And yeah - I AM pretty proud of it.

Wouldn't you be if you moved to a new place - not knowing anyone there - and within five years were the choice of over 25,000 native-born to be Premier or Governor?

I have earned the right to be proud. I did it with a unflagging reputation for integrity and fairness.

By the time a Mormon President put on his magic goggles and peered into his magic stove pipe hat, to get instructions on how to handle a crisis, it would be too late.

Um, I think I'll go with our current President, thank you very much.
