There's no magic potion or witch doctor that's going to solve this. It all comes down to your self-control.
Here's an idea: wear rubber bands on your wrist all day. Whenever you find yourself acting in a negative manner (sassing in this situation), pop yourself as hard as you can with all those rubber bands. Sooner or later you're going to get sick of causing this pain and hopefully you'll stop sassing too.
Seriously asking yourself what you get out of each action. For every action their is an equal reaction. Does sassing truly make yourself feel better in the end? Do you think it makes the other person feel bad too? In the end it sounds like a lose-lose situation and if their was anything to gain it wouldn't be much.
