Mine is on a sunday afternoon at my weekend gym in ewell, miles from anywhere, its dead quite and the one session i get to do what ever i want, which often ends up being arms, without waiting for weights

Plus the few in there tend to be good eye candy

I've been going at night. The gym is a lot less crowded, but there's no eye candy. That's probably just as well. I need to concentrate on my workout.

3-4pm or 7-9pm. those are my "blocks." if I can't/don't feel like working out during one of those blocks, I just wait till the next one, and then if I feel like it then... that's when I go. 5-6 is dinner time so I have to wait till I'm not full anymore icon_smile.gif

Saturday's, early afternoon. The gym is pretty empty and I can just do an extensive workout as long or as short as I want. Listening to my music I just focus on my exercises and between sets, watch the few guys who are there.

11 am - 1 PM, which is my usual gym time because it's less crowded. Though I do miss going super early as soon as the gym opened because it was near empty, but I don't get up that early anymore.

I usually go for afternoon gym (student here, so I don't have the business worker routine yet)...

Although I go at a very busy gym and I must say I really appreciated every time I went there between 9pm and 1am :

    1. It's calm and peaceful.
    2. The whole place is mine.
    3. The few people in there at this time are usually serious gymrats... and it shows on their body icon_razz.gif

Bright and early, while there's practically no one there.

about 9pm. There are usually the same guy there who are just interested in getting their workouts done and maybe talking a little between sets/trading some advice. I know them all by name and trust them to spot me but otherwise we just tend to get our workouts done.

I usually get there between 4:30- 4:45am and have the place to myself until 6 or so on weekdays. I rarely see anyone until after 7am on weekends.

Mornings but I rarely get there then. It's great to get it over with, but I tend to never get to the gym before 6pm

11 am Mon thru Fri for me. I block my schedule --no clients --and work out with my partner.. then a great lunch with proteins and carbs. Then downtime. Till 1pm. On sat or Sundays I'm more flexible

Gym opens at 4 am so usually around 5:30 is best because all those people that workout before work are done it beats the 7am crowd. on the weekends I go at about 1-2 that is when its empty.

I prefer working out in the early morning; I'm full of energy then. I hate working out after work; I'm just so darn tired then.

I love going in at 6am--any day of the week, but especially Saturdays and Sundays. It's super quiet, and I can work out without being bothered or having to wait for anything. It's my time to be alone with my thoughts. It's a great way to start the day.

Otherwise, I like 3-6pm an awful lot.
