Fitness Plan Using the Bowflex

    I just bought a bowflex and have no idea which excercises work best. Can someone give me a fitness plan that would help me build muscle and get ripped by using the bowflex. Im slim so i need to know how to gain muscle weight and maintain it. Thx

    I'd find a local trainer who's experienced with bowflex.

    And also keep in mind that the resistance weight of a Bowflex is NOT the same as actual weight. In other words, if you do bicep curls on a Bowflex, with the resistance set at 50 lbs, you're not actually curling a 50 lb weight - it's more like torque.

    I used one for a long time, but I never felt like I was getting any results.

    The best exercise you can do with a Bowflex is lifting it above your head and throwing it into the bin.
