LMFAO! Now they are not even hiding the fact their target audience is the uneducated, stupid, and misinformed. Gotta love it. icon_lol.gificon_lol.gificon_lol.gificon_lol.gificon_lol.gificon_lol.gif

Santorum: "We will never have the elite, smart people on our side, because they believe they should have the power to tell you what to do."

Last time I checked, it was Republicans like Santorum who want government to tell us who we can marry, what women can do with their bodies, who can have access to contraceptives and reproductive services, and a hundred other intrusions into our private lives. Typical Republican deception in reversing the roles of Liberals & Conservatives. It's contained right in the word Liberal, Rick, look it up:

    liberal:
    • favorable to or respectful of individual rights and freedoms: liberal citizenship laws.
    • (in a political context) favoring maximum individual liberty in political and social reform

And look who else is speaking at this right-wing shindig, organized by old friends of ours:

The Value Voters Summit, which is sponsored by FRC Action, the lobbying arm of the conservative Family Research Council, runs through Sunday.

Rep. Michele Bachmann (R - Minn.), Glenn Beck, Kirk Cameron, Gov. Mike Huckabee and Gov. Mitt Romney are among other scheduled speakers.

One of Aesop's Fables has this moral: A man is known by the company he keeps.

Perhaps the only time I'll ever agree with him.

He might as well have said, "You don't have to be an idiot to support me, but it helps."
