I have skyped my friends via iPhone. If you are on wifi it works well, but that really depends on your connection. Sometimes it is slow and there are a few bugs that need to be fixed. To answer your question the quality is good enough.

On New 4G android phones it works very well so long as you have a strong connection.

my Nokia works well , however the skype service on mobile phone isnt made available in my country.icon_sad.gif

The quality depends on the connection and your phone's front camera

I have used it on iPhone and it worked ok, but only with wifi. Tango is good and works even without a wifi connection.

I, too, have used it on my iPhone with wi-fi. I thought it worked well. However, if the other person also has an iPhone, I would prefer FaceTime.

I prefer tango or g talk. I think the connection is slightly stronger for me and the picture is clearer.

I haven't used it on a phone, but I have tried Skype on my tablet. It ran terribly, then crashed. However, Googletalk runs amazingly well on Android, provided both of you have it- available through Gmail.

It works well on my Android, better to only use wifi with it. Connection is the important thing!
