What is wrong with sticking to the constitution? Isn't that what a supreme court judge is supposed to do? Is it what the democrats on the court do?

I'm hoping that our President gets an opportunity to replace Scalia and Uncle Thomas.

That of course depends on how it is interpreted. Scalia obviously has his own spin to it and he uses it to manipulate what he thinks is right.

The Constitution was designed in such a way that it can be amended for the current times. GWB said it best, "it's just a goddamned piece of paper."

True. Dems don't stick to the Constitution by the letter. Neither do the Repubs. They all revise what they want to revise.

Our job is to vote for the ones who'll revise it in a way that benefits the country instead of fucking it up even more.
