First we have a young girl who is not pretty enough to be seen singing in the openining ceremonies (thats gotta be really great for a child's self esteem).
Then we have a Chinese Central Government cover up about the age of one He Kexin, the Chinese gymnastics gold medalist, who is facing the possibility of being stripped of her medals because she is nearly 2 years under age according to IOC regulation (the IOC is currently investigation an "almost insurmountible" pile of evidence).
And now this story pops up in The Washington Post and is brought to us here in Internetland via MSNBC. This is just sad.
