body weight exercises

    what are you some of your favourite body weight exercises? I am making a new training program and like to keep equipment as minimal as possible.
    any insight is very welcome !

    Handstand pushups.

    Three point push ups on chairs are great. As are dips between two straight backed chairs. Pikes for abs. Squats with one leg extended, arms on hips or extended in front; go down really slow, hold and come up slow. Also, check out The Men's Health Home Workout Bible, by Lou Schuler and Michael Mejia for a ton of minimal equipment workouts.

    Pullups by far. I was the kid who got "0" pullups on the physical fitness tests back in elementary school, so now I'm out to conquer them LOL
