"Look at his high unfavorable ratings," host David Gregory said. "At 50%. The highest of any candidate running in recent memory. This is an image problem that his philosophical statements in this speech in May to fundraisers only exacerbates."

Brooks did not mince words, calling Romney "the least popular candidate in history." ...

Brooks added that Romney "does not have the passion for the stuff he’s talking about."

Romney doesn't have the passion .....and doesn't have the interest in the details of the what he's talking about.

In that respect, HE IS SARAH PALIN.

Palin wanted executive power and position------but she had no interest in studying the policy debates that would inform the decisions she would need to make.

Mitt also doesn't care to learn what he would need to know.

He's a salesman and nothing more.

Well, he essentially bought the nomination....there was never a groundswell of grass roots support for Romney.

he was just the only candidate who had the money to out spend the other primary candidates, in the GOP war of attrition, and the big money donors weren't going to put their money in the race till there was a clear front runner. It sure is gratifying to see them burn mega-millions backing this loser.

    Romney is hungry for power.
He doesn't give a damn about the people.
He knows nothing about the people.
That's why he can't connect with them, and they don't have any reason to vote for him.
He said so, in his "47%" speech.
He just wants to be in charge.
